Adoption of village/s under the Smart-AP program of Andhra Pradesh: In 2015, Bharathi Theertha adopted Devada, a village near Kotthavalasa, Vizianagaram District, A.P. Efforts are under way to improve the environment and health of the villagers by, 1) providing an integrated safe drinking water supply and sanitation facilities, and solid waste disposal system with income generation potential, 2) to make available the facilities of a sub-health center, 3) create livelihoods, etc.
Development of a Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes awareness, education, management, and treatment project to benefit juveniles and adults alike in Hyderabad, Telengana, Visakhapatnam, A.P., and Nagpur, Maharashtra in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Naperville, IL USA for obtaining a grant from Rotary International Foundation.
Pledge to donate the ancestral home of the Tata family to Ramakrishna Mission, Visakhapatnam. Currently some activities of the Ramakrishna Seva Samithi of Vizianagaram are taking place in addtition to the daily teaching of classical music and dance forms of India.
