Uma received her Bachelors in Electrical Enginering degree from Unviersity of Illinois, Urbana, IL USA. and her MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL USA. She is the Director, International Segment Marketing at the Joint Commission , Oak Brook, IL, USA. She helps healthcare providers, health systems, and governments over 100 countries to achieve excellence in quality and patient safety. She also served as the Director, Health Care Technology Management Services Portfolio and Segment Marketing as well as ad Director, Global Marketing for GE Healthcare. She is a philanthropist and cares for the well being of humanity.
